Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In its original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
Non-Returnable Items
Returns and refunds are not accepted for:
- Custom-designed garments
- Made-to-order pieces
- Altered garments
- Products showing signs of wear, perfume, makeup, stains, or damage
Refund Process
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the item and its original packaging.
